Biography

Jim Smith is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and an expert trainer who writes for Men's Fitness and the Elite Q/A Staff. Jim has been involved in strength athletics as a performance enhancement specialist for over 8 years and strength training for over 18 years.  

He has worked with athletes from many sports, who compete at various levels. Jim is a renowned speaker who has presented at numerous clinics, seminars and conferences for the NSCA and various universities across the United States.  
 He is also an acclaimed author who has published 3 best selling strength manuals, in addition to a library of articles detailing his unique training style and innovative methods.
